The main objective of the training is to prepare participants for the exam by reviewing key topics they need to master. At the same time, it introduces and explains Agile principles and practices centered on teamwork, such as Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and more. With various supplementary materials and practice questions, attendees can practice the discussed topics and evaluate their preparedness for the exam.
The classes are led by Gabriel Sznajder – an experienced trainer, project manager, and business analyst. A PMI®-certified trainer for ACP certification preparation courses.
Training offered in both public and in-company formats, in Polish or English.
Course duration – 4 days.
Prerequisites:
high school diploma, 2 years of experience in agile project implementation within the last 5 years (holding a current PMP® certification replaces this requirement), 28 hours of training in agile practices.
